Crab Apple Tree Pruning Demonsration

Massachusetts Certified Arborist Tim Ramey of Horticultural Creations will perform a demonstration and hands-on workshop on pruning crabapple trees. The demonstration will be held at the Gertrude M. Boyden Wildlife Refuge. Topis to be covered include: Why we prune trees; how to prune; when to prune; and tools required to prune. Time will also answer quetions about pruning other varieties of trees and bushes. This is a hands on workshop, please bring pruners to practice with.
